Do you ship shower enclosures across the United States?

We can ship select shower enclosures nationwide, particularly simpler configurations such as single doors or standard layouts. For more complex projects—such as multi-panel enclosures, architectural frames, or integrated windows—our team typically travels for professional installation to ensure proper fit and finish.

Do you ship mirrors across the United States?

Yes. Our custom mirrors ship nationwide. Each mirror is carefully packaged and crated toensure it arrives safely. We work with specialized carriers experienced in transportingarchitectural glass.

What is your typical lead time?

Our standard fabrication lead time is 4–6 weeks from final measurements and project approval. Lead times may vary depending on project complexity, finish selection, and production schedule.

What is the difference between lacquered and unlacquered brass?

Lacquered Brass: Protected with a clear coating that maintains a consistent color and requires minimal maintenance. Unlacquered Brass: Left unsealed to naturally age over time, developing a rich patina unique to its environment. Both finishes are crafted from solid brass for durability and timeless character.

What is a live finish?

A live finish refers to metal that is intentionally left unsealed so it can naturally change over time. Exposure to air, moisture, and handling gradually develops a patina that adds depth, warmth, and individuality.

How does unlacquered brass age?

Unlacquered brass slowly develops a natural patina as it reacts with its environment. Over time the finish deepens and gains tonal variation, while areas touched more frequently often remain slightly brighter.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed in one day. More complex projects—such as multi-panel enclosures or installations requiring additional adjustments—may take two days.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Our enclosures and mirrors include a two-year workmanship warranty covering fabrication and installation related issues under normal residential use.

Are your enclosures truly custom?

Yes. Every La Belle enclosure, mirror, and door is fabricated to order and designed around the specific space to ensure precise fit and refined architectural detailing.

All La Belle pieces are handcrafted in San Diego, California by our fabrication team.
